We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture. Summary This role will receive, document, research, coordinate and respond to routine and non-routine inquiries from internal (Simplot employees) and external contacts (suppliers) related to a variety of Accounts Payable operations. The Senior AP Support Center Specialist educates and assists all customers as it relates to invoice statuses, payment inquiries, remittances, and other Accounts Payable related topics. Key Responsibilities + Receive, monitor, and solve all AP related inquiries via phone / voicemail & email in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to: + Review of vendor statements + Analyze request for potential escalation to L2 Support + Assist with resolution regarding urgent or escalated inquiries + Assist with returned checks + Assist internal customers with updates to AP software access + Run periodic reports as requested + Participation in miscellaneous projects & tasks as directed Typical Education Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university Other Information + 3+ years related experience and/or training + Attention to

Accurate data entry and spotting discrepancies are critical when reviewing invoices and payments +
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve issues and clarify information +
Time Management:
The ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks is key in a fast-paced customer support environment +
Problem-solving:
Senior AP Support members often encounter complex inquiries, which require analytical thinking and resourcefulness to resolve +
Collaboration:
Working closely with direct team members as well as other departments such as Procurement, Supplier Management Team ( SMT ), HR Solutions, Finance, and AP Imaging requires a collaborative mindset and good interpersonal skills +
Adaptability:
