Job Description
Job Description Accounts Receivable Specialist position is available for local candidates with strong communication and customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. Applicants need proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications. This is an onsite position at Chesbro Music Co. downtown Idaho Falls.
Part time:
Monday - Thursdays 9:30 to 2:30, Fridays 9:30 to 12:00. Typical Accounts Receivable Specialist Duties- Coordinate and authorize orders for fulfillment, ensuring accurate processing and timely execution
- Review and validate accounts receivable aging reports for accuracy and proactively communicate with dealers on balances due to support timely payment and effective account management
- Process and reconcile payments via credit card, ACH, and check ensuring accurate application to accounts and maintaining timely financial records
- Resolve customer payment and invoicing discrepancies by investigating issues and coordinating with internal team
- Address customer inquiries regarding billing and payments, provide accurate information and timely resolutions to support positive customer relationships
- Perform month end reconciliation
- Process and distribute monthly statements
- Assist the CEO as required
- Develop relationships with outside sales team Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance a plus
