Bookkeeper

Sun Valley Outfitters is an Orvis Endorsed Outfitter located in Ketchum, ID. We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper who has expertise in QuickBooks Online, and is organized and dependable. Position is part-time with flexible hours M-Sun between 8am-5pm. Job will include Reconcile invoices Accurately enter and manage bills in QuickBooks Online Print and prepare checks for payment processing Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable email inbox Communicate with vendors as needed to resolve discrepancies Maintain organized and accurate financial records Basic office organization including timely filing and follow-up on any AP/AR discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with QuickBooks Online, online bill pay, ACH payments Strong understanding of accounts payable processes High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and organizational skills
