Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage financial records, support daily office operations, and provide exceptional customer service. You will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial data while delivering friendly, professional support to clients and team members alike. Responsibilities Full charge bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online and Desktop, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing of transactions Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, contracts, and client records Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinating meetings Assist with data entry tasks, including updating spreadsheets and preparing reports using Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone or email and supporting client communication efforts Perform general clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects as needed Skills Strong computer literacy across productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenging projects Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong data entry skills with high accuracy; familiarity with spreadsheets for tracking financial or operational data Effective communication skills both written and verbal; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients Experience with office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and front desk operations Demonstrated ability to handle phone communication professionally while maintaining excellent customer service standards Technical proficiency in using multi-line phone systems, typing quickly with attention to detail, and proofreading documents thoroughly Join us if you're ready to bring energy, precision, and a positive attitude to a role that's essential for our daily success!
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
