Job Description

Accounting Assistant to be a part of family owned manufacturing company. You can wear multiple hats. This is an opportunity to utilize your debits and credits knowledge and be apart of an established business. Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Invoicing and cash application.
  • Assist in the preparation and handling of purchase orders, and shipping documentations.
  • Interact with all areas of the company including customer service and manufacturing
  • Familiarity with purchase order procedures and shipping documentation.
