Job Summary:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will increase operational efficiency and company profitability by timely and accurately posting payments from customers daily to their accounts. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also communicate with customers daily to request payment and resolve any concerns or issues involving their account.
Responsibilities:
Generate and send out invoices. Process credit card charges. Reviewing the Accounts Receivable aging report on a weekly basis to ensure compliance. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. Carry out collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. Communication with customers via phone and email. Investigate and resolve customer queries. Process credits and adjustments. Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records. Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Customer service skills Strong data entry skills Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and information management skills. Problem analysis and problem-solving skills. Team player Stress tolerance Ability to consistently meet all deadlines
