Salary Range:

$35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Requirements Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience. Solid understanding of fundamental bookkeeping principles and general ledger systems. Strong command of Microsoft Excel and cloud-based accounting software. Attention to detail and a high degree of organizational accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive financial records. Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal staff and clients. Responsibilities Manage daily entries into our ledger to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly. Prepare and verify invoices to ensure timely processing and accurate billing cycles. Reconcile bank and credit card statements to keep our financial health clear and transparent. Assist the senior accounting team in gathering documentation for month-end and year-end closing processes. Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies and answer questions regarding accounts. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for all financial records and documentation.
