Accounting Specialist:

Accurately process accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment disbursements. Manage accounts receivable processes, including customer invoicing, payment application, and collections activities. Prepare and maintain account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reporting support. Accounting Specialist:

Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience, with demonstrated expertise in AP and AR . Prior experience within the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity and commitment to accuracy.
