Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Provide administrative support to the bookkeeping team
  • Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
  • Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in computerized accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in project coordination is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures is beneficial
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong clerical skills, including filing and data entry
  • Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
  • Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments
  • Ability to provide customer support via phone, email, or in-person Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and experience requirements.
