$15.92 - $21.54 per hour, plus bonus opportunity As a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for various billing activities, including accurately identifying supplier information to ensure deduction matching and some deduction processing responsibilities, or processing customer payments and applying them to their respective invoices.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create, post, and adjust deposits to customer accounts. Index back up related to customer deductions. Review and research information to accurately identify supplier numbers. Manage generic email boxes to ensure the timely filing of customer deduction information. Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) General knowledge of accounting practicesYOU MAY ALSO HAVE
Bachelor's Degree Previous work in Accounts Receivable Knowledge of general office equipment Excellent 10-key and typing skills Strong math skillsROLE SPECIFICS
Schedule:
