What you'll be doing In this role… You will be responsible for ensuring that all vendor invoices are received and accurately accounted for in the correct time period. You will ensure that all payments are made on time, preparing both monthly check runs and On Demand checks, as needed. You will ensure compliance with Company policies for vendor approval, collecting W9's, issuing W9's, etc. You will be responsible for the reconciliation of vendor statements and accounts payable schedules for our monthly reporting to be completed. Must-haves:

2-3 years in an office/accounting environment High school diploma or equivalent Dealership experience preferred CDK experience is a plus Professional demeanor and communication skills Sense of urgency and accuracy in a high-volume setting Careful attention to detail.
