In this role you will assist with data entry of invoices for accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely handling of financial transactions. Your expertise will support our commitment to maintaining strong financial health, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient record-keeping. Responsibilities Process and verify invoices and payments. Assist with tracking payments, and following up on overdue balances. Entering vendor bills, reconciling statements, and preparing invoices for payment Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information while handling data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with filing, and year-end document storage Respond to customer requests for account information. Assist on projects as needed. Requirements Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus. Proficiency with a ten key, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and spreadsheet management. Strong numeracy skills coupled with excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and account reconciliation. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating excellent customer service skills when interacting with vendors or internal teams.
