If you've ever seen "Antiques Roadshow", this is similar to what we do. We set up boutique "buying events" at various hotel locations throughout the region, where folks come to sell us their estate items - primarily gold, silver, coins, and watches. Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoices and ensure accurate processing across multiple business entities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, precision in financial data management, and strong problem-solving skills. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can anticipate challenges and contribute to process improvements. Key Responsibilities Accurately process invoices in a timely manner. Edit and maintain data fields related to invoices and vendor accounts. Ensure all transactions are correctly coded to the appropriate general ledger accounts and business entities. Communicate with vendors to resolve payment inquiries and discrepancies. Navigate and utilize vendor portals for invoice submission and reconciliation. Maintain organized and complete records of all accounts payable transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to support month-end close and reporting activities. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics, Accounting Seed Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage high-volume workflows under strict deadlines. Proficiency in Excel and other accounting tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
