Cash Applications Specialist - Part-Time Pay from $25 to $27 per hour 2200 S. Lakeside Drive, Waukegan, IL 60085 Do you thrive on accuracy and enjoy working with numbers? Uline is looking for a Part-Time Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company!
Part-Time Hours:
15 - 20 hours per week.Required Availability:

Position Responsibilities Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments. Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
