at ERDENE in Westmont, Illinois, United States Job Description Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process using accounting software. Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in the appropriate journals, ledgers, and accounts. Reconcile bank statements and accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and tracking outstanding payments. Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, for management review. Monitor cash flow and flag discrepancies or irregularities to management. Assist in payroll processing and maintain related records. Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies and procedures
