Accounts Receivable Specialist Location:

$26-$28/hour, depending on experience 32 Hours per Week | Part-Time | Tuesday - Friday, Mondays Off The ACE Consulting Group is partnering with a well-established manufacturing client in Wood Dale, IL to hire an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist . This is a great opportunity for someone with strong A/P and A/R experience who is looking for a consistent 32-hour workweek while remaining an integral part of a busy accounting team. What You'll Do Process and review accounts payable invoices Perform invoice matching and verification against purchase orders and supporting documentation Research and resolve invoice discrepancies Assist with accounts receivable, payment posting, and account reconciliation Maintain accurate vendor and customer account information Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, discrepancies, and account questions Assist with aging reports and outstanding balances Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records Support month-end accounting activities as needed Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing, purchasing, and payment issues What We're Looking For Previous Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience Experience working with purchase orders, invoices, and invoice matching Strong understanding of basic accounting processes Previous experience working within an ERP/accounting system SAP experience is highly preferred Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to research and resolve discrepancies independently Strong organizational and communication skills Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a plus Schedule & Compensation $26-$28/hour , depending on experience 32 hours per week | Tuesday - Friday This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional seeking a consistent schedule without a traditional 40-hour workweek.
