Accounting Clerk
  • Contract-to-Hire | Carmel, IN (Onsite)We're partnering with a well‑established organization in the financial services industry to hire an Accounting Clerk for a contract‑to‑hire opportunity. This role is 100% onsite at their Carmel office, with a steady Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.What You'll Do
  • Process daily check deposits with speed and accuracy
  • Respond to inquiries regarding customer accounts and invoices
  • Monitor customer accounts and take proactive steps to resolve discrepancies
  • Support the accounting team with additional administrative and transactional tasksWhat You Bring
  • Experience with account reconciliation, accounts receivable, data entry, and invoice processing
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Comfort working independently and collaborating within a team environment
