Job Description

A/P Clerk
  • Columbia City, IN
  • $25•$30 / hr Zing Recruiting has partnered with a great manufacturing company who works heavily within the military space in order to fill an Accounts Payable Clerk position.
The majority of position is logging into their system (DOC Star) and pulling invoices and load as PDF into AP inbox.
Hours:
4 days; 9 hours a day Monday
  • Thursday. Friday
  • 8 hours except every other Friday you are off.
Responsibilities include:
High volume invoice processing. Invoice retrieval a prep for processing Convert and organize into PDF format for submission Upload / route invoices to the AP inbox timely Maintain accurate and compliant document retention Ensure all documentation is properly labeled / stored Support the AP team with administrative and data entry tasks as needed
Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma and an Associates is a PLUS 2+ years Accounts Payables experience Zing Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
