Job Description
Your Role The Specialist creates accurate and timely financial records for the organization. This position requires daily transaction based in Accounts Payable. Month end closing duties with the General Ledger support is required. Daily reconciliations of goods receipts and shipments is expected to ensure timely, transaction-based entry into the SAP software for accurate cash flow information. This position also supports the Finance Team in providing financial information about all company activities that will assist management and users in making educated economic decisions about the company's future. Strong computer and network skills are a requirement of this position. Your Responsibilities Process AR and AP functions, maintain customer and vendor master records, support customer service with collections, support supply chain and warehouse with 3-way match gaps, balance month end AR and AP with sister companies, support accounting manager with 4 eyes principles processes.
