The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining accurate financial records while providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities:

Review and process vendor invoices Reconcile vendor statements and accounts Research and resolve payment discrepancies Prepare payment batches and weekly check runs Assist with month-end accounting activities Maintain organized accounting records

Qualifications:
