Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to correspond with customers regarding payments, issue invoices, and process credit memos. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will also be tasked with updating accounting records with issued invoices, new payments, customer information, etc. You should be able to multitask, deal with customer concerns professionally, and assist the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports. To be successful as an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you should have a good grasp of accounting practices and strong organizational skills. An outstanding candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a knack for working with numbers Qualifications of the billing clerk:
- Excellent interpersonal skills positive attitude
- Skilled in conflict resolution
- Goal oriented
- Self-starter, organized, detail oriented and able to function as a
- Bilingual highly desire (Spanish & English)
- Good customer service Team player with minimal supervision:
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant must having a year of accounting background
