Responsible for tax sale processing, including attending Tax Sale and changing corrections, maintaining and entering assessed value changes, refunding, issuing, and processing Utilities distributions, entering liens into billing system, and serving as back up to deed and deduction departments.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply rules and guidelines of DLGF, tax sale laws and procedures, and SBOA
- Ability to count, compute, calculate, and perform arithmetic operations
- Ability to compile, collate, analyze, coordinate, and place data and take action based on data analysis
- Excellent organizational, communication skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures and practices
