Provide bookkeeping and administrative service to the library.POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Input claim information Issue Warrants and match with documentation Generate Monthly Claims list to the Board Count and Reconcile Daily Deposits from the branches and issue receipts Make daily Bank deposits Bank reconciliations of operating fund, payroll fund, etc. Post receipts and disbursements as they occur, maintain supporting documentation and Generate Monthly Financial Reports to the BoardOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with other duties in the Business Office Monitor gift fund and materials budget expenditure versus appropriations and generate monthly reports Monitor supply of PLAC cards, maintain PLAC log and prepare quarterly PLAC report Generate 1099 and keep records of W9's Process photocopier money and reconciliation to reports Perform all other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience: High School graduate, some college preferred 2 years of related work experience Bookkeeping or related experience preferred Typing/keyboard proficiency of 50 wpm netKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
