Accounting Specialist Key Responsibilities:

Enter and process Accounts Payable invoices in SAP. Process cash applications and manual payments. Maintain vendor records and documentation. Reconcile vendor statements. Process and reconcile credit card transactions. Process customer credit card payments. Maintain the Accounts Payable mailbox. Process employee expense reports in Concur. Enter customer and vendor down payment requests. Maintain certificates of insurance. Complete internal process audits. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports. Assist with external audit preparation. Prepare monthly and quarterly sales tax filings. Assist with incoming calls and general office support. Support special projects and other duties as needed.

Requirements:
