We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Job Summary Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounting Clerk will play a key role in supporting our accounting department, with primary responsibilities focused on accounts receivable and accounts payable. This position may also assist with sales tax reporting, monthly physical inventory counts, and a variety of other accounting and administrative functions as needed. Main Responsibilities Process accounts payable accurately and in a timely manner. Process vendor payments. Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment application, and collections. Prepare daily bank deposits. Process RMA's and issue refunds as needed. Reconcile customer and vendor accounts. Assist with preparing and filing sales tax returns. Participate in monthly physical inventory counts and reconciliation. Maintain organized and accurate financial records. Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end activities. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience is required. Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
