While the primary focus of this role is managing Accounts Payable, the ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable and bank reconciliations to support our full accounting cycle.

Core Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

Efficiently process vendor invoices, manage approvals, and ensure timely payments.

Accounts Receivable:

Monitor incoming payments and maintain accurate aging reports.

General Ledger Support:

Perform regular bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing tasks.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Accounts Payable (2+ years preferred). Functional knowledge of AR and bank reconciliation procedures. Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills.
