The Customer Accounts Associate is an important part of our team and responsible for the renewal payment process of customers which includes contacting customers and ensuring prompt payment. Also responsible for assisting the Customer Accounts Manager with maintenance of customer accounts. Primary Responsibilities Industry leader in competitive salary and benefits package Contact customer to assure positive payment history Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments. Document customer appointments and update information in the store computer system. Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries.
