Description of Service Opportunity:
This individual will assist the Finance Manager by working with and communicating information to CRLS club advisors and members; collecting and handling cash receipts; making deposits; and entering data into Quickbooks. The individual will carry out proper cash handling procedures and ensure appropriate record keeping and reconciliation of student activity fund deposits and expenditures. The individual also will provide support to and assist CRLS club advisors. The individual may also help with the processing and tracking of club advisor service agreements and payment vouchers. The individual may also assist the Finance Manager with the processing of scholarship award payments.
Minimum Requirements:
CRLS seeks an individual who is/has:
  • Familiar with Quickbooks and Excel and is comfortable learning, using and implementing new technologies
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Able to meet schedules and timelines
  • Able to problem solve and work collaboratively with others to resolve issues The individual may work up to 10 hours per week during the summer of 2025 and through the 2025-2026 school year.
Length of Contract:
July 6, 2026 through June 30, 2027 Contract Amount Not exceed $17500.00 Please note that your hourly rate is dependent upon your collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate. If you are a non-exempt employee and have worked more than 40 hours a week, you will be paid time and a half for any hours worked over 40 hours
