Job Description

Temporary AP Specialist - Spectrum Software Required, Canton, $40-$45/hr. MUST be proficient in Trimble Spectrum Software (Construction ERP)
Required Qualification:
Candidates MUST have prior hands-on experience with Spectrum Software. We are unable to provide training on this system, so only applicants proficient in Spectrum will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Post vendor AP invoices daily using Spectrum Process daily cash postings, including AR payments received via checks and ACH transactions Reconcile cash across multiple bank accounts Assist with manual and AP check runs If you're a detail-oriented accounting professional with proven Tiimble Spectrum Software experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
