Position Overview:
We currently are looking for a Project Financial Administrator/Clerk for our Eastham, MA jobsite. Our ideal candidate will provide critical financial and administrative support to the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, purchase orders, subcontractor billings, and payment applications. Track project costs, budgets, commitments, and expenditures. Support monthly financial reporting and forecasting activities. Maintain project documentation, contracts, change orders, and financial records. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and accounting teams.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in project administration, accounting, project controls, or construction support. Strong knowledge of accounts payable, project billing, and cost tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction accounting/ERP systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with public works, infrastructure, wastewater, or utility projects preferred. Keys to Success in this role: Exceptional attention to detail and financial accuracy. Maintains organized and auditable project records. Builds positive working relationships with Joint Venture partners, owners, subcontractors, and vendors. Proactively identifies discrepancies and works collaboratively to resolve issues.
