What You'll Do In this role, you'll take ownership of payroll while supporting accounts payable and billing functions—ensuring our employees are paid accurately and our financial operations stay on track. Key Responsibilities Process accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll, including overtime and deductions Review and audit timesheets to ensure compliance and budget alignment Partner with HR to maintain up-to-date employee records Prepare and submit payroll tax and benefits filings Generate and distribute monthly billings across our real estate portfolio and housing programs Process invoices and support accounts payable workflows Assist with month-end/year-end close and 1099 preparation Maintain organized financial records and support audits Collaborate across teams and provide support and training to AP staff What You Bring Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred) 2+ years of payroll and accounts payable experience Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Solid understanding of payroll processes and accounting fundamentals High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication and problem-solving skills What Sets You Apart You're proactive, organized, and take pride in getting the details right You're a team player who enjoys improving processes and supporting others You can manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy Why You'll Love It Here Meaningful work that supports communities Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to grow your skills across payroll and accounting functions

$48,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
