Job Description
KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Stoughton, MA that is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is a 3-month contract position (potential to convert) that will be on-site and is paying between $24-$26/hr depending on experience. The responsibilities for this role will include: Reviewing and verifying vendor invoices, coding them, and entering them into the accounting system Processing vendor payments and ensuring invoices are paid according to due dates and company policies Reconciling vendor statements and AP accounts while researching and resolving discrepancies Responding to vendor inquiries and assisting with financial reporting as needed The experience required for this role: 1+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably full-cycle accounts payable Proficient in Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Compensation:
