We are hiring a Full-time Sr. Accounts Payable Coordinator (Sr. AP Coordinator) for Monday-Friday at our exclusive Senior Living organization. Trains and mentors new team members in the company's Accounts Payable processes and accounting software. Demonstrates proficiency in all Accounts Payable systems and processes. Performs transactional tasks and trains staff in the use and execution of these systems and processes (including SAP Concur, Yardi, DSSI, and Amazon Business). Serves as administrative backup to Accounts Payable & Procurement Manager. Assists with month-end and year-end Accounts Payable duties, including aging report analysis, monitoring outstanding checks, and Form 1099 preparation. Ensures that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved. Collaborates with property partners to resolve any issues, provide training as necessary, and support process alignment across the organization. Qualifications High School Diploma. Professional telephone and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in applicable accounting-based computer software programs. Ability to multitask and manage priorities and time sensitive deadlines effectively. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Pay Range:
