Set up new vendor profiles, request tax documentation (W-9s), and track active Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure vendor compliance prior to deliveries. Reconcile monthly vendor statements against open sub-ledger accounts, proactively identifying missing invoices, credit holds, or billing discrepancies. Partner with administrative team members to review, verify, and prioritize incoming paper and digital vendor invoices. Support monthly closing procedures to ensure accounts payable sub-ledgers balance cleanly.
