Summary We are seeking to hire an experienced Office Personnel for an Accounts Receivable Associate position in our Forest Hill, Maryland corporate headquarters. The primary responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Associate involve processing payments on customer accounts and providing customer service to customers regarding their billing. This full-time employment opportunity in scenic Harford County offers you experience that will advance your career, knowledge growth, and professional development. Responsibilities As an Accounts Receivable Associate your daily duties will include but may not be limited to: Answer inbound customer calls regarding invoices, payments, and account questions. Resolve payment discrepancies through direct communication with customers. Process payments to client accounts for multiple locations. Apply electronic and check payments to customer accounts. Reconcile journals to receipts and filing. Perform proactive outbound phone outreach to follow up on past-due accounts. Requirements The primary requirements of an Accounts Receivable Associate are: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Possess the ability to handle large volumes of work. Must be a team player with great initiative. $15.00-$18.00 per hour. Overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 in a given work week.
