Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to support in the daily operations in the interior design industry and needs of the owner. The ideal candidate will possess strong Quicken/Quickbooks skills, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite in this face paced environment. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion. Duties Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including but not limited to, invoicing, procurement, filing, organizing. Answer phone calls and respond to emails. Prepare Invoice and contracts. Maintain organized systems for easy retrieval of information. Utilize Microsoft Suite for document creation, data entry, and collaboration. Support with various projects and tasks as assigned. Requirements
MUST HAVE
proficiency in Quicken/Quickbooks is essential. Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills. High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and filing system. Ability to work independently.
