Job Description We're hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Accounting team. This role plays a key part in supporting the company's financial operations through accurate payment processing, account reconciliation, and customer account management. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Process customer payments accurately and efficiently Research and resolve outstanding payment issues and account discrepancies Complete bank reconciliations Assist with month-end close activities Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support special accounting and finance projects as assigned Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting What We're Looking For ✔ High school diploma or equivalent required; secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred ✔ Minimum of two years of accounts receivable, payment processing, or related accounting experience ✔ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills ✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities ✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✔ Self-motivated professional with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines ✔ Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Why You'll Love Working With Us Consistent Hours
