Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines essential financial management with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, organizational prowess, and technical proficiency to help us maintain efficient office workflows and reliable financial processes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment while contributing to the success of our organization. 8-12 hours a week, flexible but between 9am-5pm.
Preferred days:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Duties Manage accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks Online, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and expense tracking Maintain accurate financial records through diligent data entry and reconciliation of accounts Support office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and purchasing office supplies Perform front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and maintaining a welcoming environment Prepare reports using Quickbooks Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and team members via phone and email Water plants Experience Proven bookeeping experience and office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and office management capabilities Expert level proficeincy with QuickBooks Online accounting software for bookkeeping tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity software including Word processing and spreadsheets Join us if you're eager to bring your organizational talent, technical skills, and positive energy into a role that values your contribution!
