The Accounts Receivable Specialist at Kay is a motivated employee, who exemplifies superior customer service. The Accounts Receivable Specialist reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager . The position offers a competitive salary, bonuses and an exceptional benefits package. Responsibilities Provide superior customer service and effectively communicate with corporate staff, site staff, vendors and visitors. Daily operations of AR functions including reviewing, uploading and posting of payments from all income sources. Processing of returns, refunds and reversals of payments received. Processing correcting balance entries provided and approved by operations. Research and resolution of any payment discrepancies. Assist in the generation, preparation, distribution and confirmation of monthly lease renewals. Assist with move out process. Assist with setting up prior residents payment plans and the transition of bad debt to collection agency. Assist with running monthly billing. Ensure all internal control policies are followed. Positive resident relationship management. Maintenance of Accounts Receivable related recordkeeping and document management. Other duties as assigned.
