Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Accounting Specialist will support monthly close, financial reporting, and the company's broader fiduciary responsibilities. What You'll Do Ensure accounting activities are accurate, complete, and delivered on time Document and substantiate financial transactions Analyze operational and financial data to identify variances and key business drivers Prepare clear variance analysis and commentary for management Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives Assist with reporting against incentive program performance targets Recommend and help implement improvements to financial processes Collaborate with internal departments and external systems support What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing business environment Clear communication and relationship-building abilities Sound judgment and a high level of integrity, trust and confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Work Environment This is a fully onsite, office-based position involving financial analysis, data entry, report preparation, cross-functional collaboration and meetings.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
