A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOOKKEEPER

As a Bookkeeper, you play an important role in helping our company running smoothly. You might not be out repairing or installing systems, but you help paint a picture of how the company is doing financially. You come to work, eager to put your bookkeeping skills to good use in a variety of ways. Using QuickBooks Online and the other tools at your disposal, you help manage accounts payable and receivable. You reconcile cash and credits cards, perform job costing, and ensure that payroll is processed in a timely manner. You create the necessary support schedules under the guidance of the CFO so we can present top-notch financials. As you do, you enjoy working with an enthusiastic team of go-getters. QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, MS Excel, and MS Word is required Experience with Accounts Payable is required Accounts Receivable and General Ledger experience is a plus Proficiency in Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs Are you punctual and reliable? Do you thrive on meeting deadlines? Are you attentive to details? Can you get along well with your team members and work together to achieve a common goal? If yes, you might just be perfect for this office position!
