Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely payments. Generate and distribute customer invoices, verifying accuracy against sales orders and shipping documents. Apply customer payments, reconcile cash receipts, and resolve payment discrepancies. Perform vendor statement reconciliations and address any billing or payment issues. Monitor accounts receivable aging and initiate collection efforts for overdue accounts. Assist with month-end closing procedures related to AP and AR accruals and reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies. Recommended Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong understanding of full cycle AP/AR processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections. Demonstrated ability to perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies accurately. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Bonus Qualifications Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) common in manufacturing environments. Basic understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) or other automated invoicing/payment systems. Experience with multi-entity or multi-currency transactions.
