Responsibilities may include:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Performing bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end close and trial balances
• Preparing financial statements
• Processing payroll
• Tracking fixed assets and preparing depreciation schedules What We're Looking For We're seeking detail-oriented professionals who are dependable, proactive, and ready to make an impact.

Ideal candidates will have:

• An associate degree or higher (preferred but not required)
• 1+ years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs a plus)
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
