Accounts Payable Specialist

Located in Clawson, we are a small distribution business that is poised to grow. We need someone that can aid in the growth of our business and grow personally along with us. We are looking for intelligence and versatility.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Accounts Payable

• reconcile invoices and receipts to ensure proper payment of vendors. Problem solve when errors occur. Customer Service/ Order Entry Backup
• assist with helping customers find what they need, answer basic product questions, answer phones, answer emails and expedite orders when our regular customer service team is unavailable. Accounts Receivable Backup
• process payments from customers. Process Improvement
• assist in identifying ways we can become more efficient.
