We are a multi-family housing property management company searching for an qualified individual in the multi-family housing industry that works well independently but also a team player and possess a positive attitude. Must be detail oriented, well organized with the ability to work at a quick pace. The selected candidate must be proficient in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll processing filing of monthly, quarterly and annual payroll taxes for federal and state reporting, monthly bank account reconciliation, general ledger reporting, monthly closing of books of a portfolio of properties. Have excellent oral and written skills to handle communications from residents and vendors. The position is full time with medical and dental benefits being offered after a 60 day period.
