CFO Position Summary The Full-Time Accounting Clerk supports the day-to-day operations of the accounting department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position assists with general administrative support to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. The Accounting Clerk will work closely with the CFO and Assistant Controller, and will also serve as a backup for both Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions, ensuring continuity of operations during absences or high-volume periods. This position is intended to transition into the Accounts Receivable Coordinator role. Key Responsibilities Assist with data entry and general accounting duties. Support month-end and year-end processes and account reconciliations. Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments. Provide backup support for A/P and A/R staff during vacations, absences, or high-volume periods. Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting team. Qualifications Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience. Minimum 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience. Working knowledge of basic accounting principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Office management experience preferred. Schedule and Compensation Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 Pay based on experience Comprehensive benefits package

$20.00 per hour
