Type:

full-time We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. This position has the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and payments Manage customer invoicing and payment collections Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Desktop Assist with month-end reporting and general bookkeeping tasks Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and financial reports Resolve account discrepancies and support daily accounting operations

Requirements:

Previous bookkeeping experience with AP and AR responsibilities Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (required) Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Schedule:

Part-time position Must be available Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Opportunity for growth into a full-time role

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience
