Job Description
Position Summary:
Completion of bookkeeping and general office tasks. Support Owners/officers with other identified tasks or projects. Assist with keeping up the professional presentation of the office, and building.Position Responsibilities:
AR/AP Collections:
follow company collections protocol. Auditing bank/credit card statements Prepare Commission reports & Open job reports.Keep filing systems:
client and vendor files up to date.Basic office tasks:
answering phone, sorting mail, filing etc. Maintain copies.Customer service:
assist clients who visit the office or pick up completed jobs. Maintain inventory of and order office/First Aid/general supplies. Ensure safe is locked and all information is secure upon leaving for the day. Assist with planning and organizing staff recognition and social events. Assist with locating outside vendors for office maintenance and upkeep. Keep lobby, reception area, sales area and kitchen tidy and organized. Uphold all policies and procedures as stated in the Graph-X Employee Handbook and Safety Manuel Required Knowledge, skills or education: At least 5 years' experience in office procedures Proficiency using Quickbooks (at least 5 years' experience) Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook Detail oriented. Sense of organization Good verbal and written communication skills Reliable Self motivated Able to work closely with managementCreative Benefits Status:
