Job Description
Our client is seeking a detailoriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support highvolume AP processing and contribute to a smooth, accurate financial workflow. This role is ideal for someone who excels in problemsolving, communication, and managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform highvolume AP data entry and invoice processing, including threeway match with purchase orders and receiving documents. Ensure invoices and purchase requisitions are coded properly and approvals are obtained. Research and resolve invoice issues and discrepancies. Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries professionally. Support weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, credit card, checks). Monitor the shared AP inbox and maintain organized electronic filing. Assist with monthend reporting, accruals, and APrelated closing duties. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel aptitude (pivot tables). Strong accuracy, organization, followthrough, and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Pay Details:
