This is a full-time position with the ability to work well in a team environment in very busy department. Computer skills are a must with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, problem solving skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Accounts Receivable experience with billing experience (non-collections), or a strong accounting background is preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting job supervisors, initiating P.O.'s, customer invoicing, creating job files, and other duties as assigned. Candidates are subject to pre-placement drug screening and criminal background check.
